Newborn Photography Crestview | Campbell Days New

I first met Miss Campbell’s momma during my Expectant Momma Mini-Session event, just prior to Mother’s Day.  Pregnancy looked fabulous on her!  I was thrilled when she contacted me a bit later to book her newborn session with me as well.

Just a few weeks later, Campbell made her way in to the world quickly and joyfully at Gentle Birth Options, LLC early one morning.  Daddy got to catch her and they were back home just a few hours later.  Awesome!  It was such a treat listening to them tell the story of her birth.

What an incredibly sweet family!  A very loving big sister, a truly smitten daddy, and a blissful momma.  I get to work with some of the most wonderful people.  Campbell was a perfect little model, stopping only to fill her tummy and then back off to dreamland.  Mom’s favorite color is purple, and I pulled from that to coordinate the session.  It was almost exactly one year to the day that I photographed another sweet girl in purple and I couldn’t help but think of sweet Aubrey (who’s 12-month session was just a few days later!).

As with a lot of folks in our area, this family was only here temporarily on military assignment at one of our local bases.  I am thankful I had this opportunity to get to know them a bit and capture the beginning of Miss Campbell’s story for them.  Wishing them all the best as they start the next chapter of their life “back home”!
