Newborn Photographer Crestview | Brianna Nine Days New

I’ve been excited for Brianna’s newborn session since I first met her momma a few weeks before her beach maternity session. Brianna has such a sweet family and it was clear they couldn’t wait to have her join them!  The evening of their maternity session was one of the calmest evenings at the beach I can remember.  Barely a whisper of a breeze!  So lovely (both the sunset and the momma!).

The day of her session poor Brianna was fussy (and, we think, hungry).   So, we made the difficult decision to cut the session short to try again tomorrow.  A couple of bottle feedings later, she was an entirely different baby with that full belly. We worked for some amazing shots on the first day, but it was absolutely the right choice to try again the next day. It’s rare, but it happens, and I’m so glad we didn’t try to press ahead because the next day went smoothly and quickly.  The sweetest part was how immediately she would calm at the sound of her momma’s voice.  To see that comforting so clearly just melted my heart.  Gah, she is just too precious!

I absolutely love this image of her with her siblings. They were so sweet with her and I just know they are going to take great care of her in the years to come. I loved being a big sister and always wished I had had a big brother to also make me a little sister, so I must admit I’m a tad envious of big sis…she gets to be both!
